Key Responsibilities:
  1. Shock Absorber Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance, tuning, and rebuilding of shock absorbers to ensure optimal performance under varying track conditions.

  2. Data Analysis: Utilize telemetry data and driver feedback to fine-tune shock setups, making data-driven adjustments for improved vehicle handling and stability.

  3. Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, drivers, and other team members to develop and implement innovative shock absorber solutions tailored to specific racing requirements.

  4. Race Day Support: Provide on-site support during race events, including rapid response to unforeseen issues, adjustments between sessions, and real-time troubleshooting.

  5. Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and emerging techniques to refine shock absorber setups and enhance overall vehicle performance continually.

Qualifications:
  • Being hands-on and having a mechanical state of mind.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

  • Flexibility to travel and work weekends during race events.
